The annual meeting of the membership, attended by delegates from all sections.
CLME members are now being advised of the following timetable/deadlines in relation to the above:
• Thursday Jan. 14th - Closing date for receipt of Motions and Nominations for Office.
• Thursday Jan. 28th – Issue of Preliminary Agenda including motions submitted.
• Thursday Feb. 4th - Closing date for receipt of amendments to motions.
• Thursday Feb. 18th - Issue of Final Agenda.
Notice of motions, amendments to motions and Nominations for Office can be submitted in writing, fax or e-mail and must reach the Chairman of the SOC by the dates specified above.
CLME members are advised to check out the CLME rules, section 4 to see the procedures covering Nominations for Office.
